CIF Carpenteria specialises in the design, manufacturing and installation of various types of industrial plants.
Our plants are built starting from a careful analysis of the production objectives conducted by the technical department, in order to maximise and optimise output.

The following are some of the most common projects carried out by our Company.

Plants ideal for lifting, overturning, tipping and unloading the material contained in bins of various sizes and weight. They can be expanded downstream or upstream even with a conveyor or vibrating channels/roller conveyors.

Fully automated and adjustable, they are an ideal solution that adapts to any space. Finished, on request, with rubber mats to prevent damaging the finished product, metal shutters or wear-resistant material, they adapt to any customer requirement.

CIF also manufactures plants used for forming bundles of bars, pipes or hexagonal/rectangular profiles. The cycle is automatic and continuous, which also applies to loading and unloading.

We provide a diverse range of made-to-measure augers for transporting and mixing various materials.

Specific for rolling mill or foundry bars, made with an optimal weight/capacity/overall dimensions ratio.

Designed and built for shredding scrap metal, with steelwork made of sturdy and durable material, equipped with an innovative cutting system which ensures optimal shredding.

Laser cutting of sheet metal for thicknesses up to 15 mm, flame cutting for very high thicknesses.

These plants involve the separation of loose products according to the particle size class. Useful in many industrial sectors, especially in the waste industry. CIF srl provides customised vibrating screens in compliance with the customer’s plant requirements and the intended use.
